Job Summary

INTRODUCTION Position: Senior Manager Organisation Design and Change Management Position/Task Grade: EEE E-Band Department: Organisation Design and Change Business Unit: Org Design and Change Area of specialization: Reporting to the General Manager Culture and Performance, the Senior Manager Organisation Design and Change, will be responsible to lead organisation design and change management initiatives to enable business transformation, drive continuous improvement, foster a high-performance culture, enhance operational efficiency and establish fit for purpose operating models and structures.

Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Qualification(s):

• B Degree in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Business Management/ Technology/ Commerce/ Technical at NQF7 with 360 credits
• B Tech in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Business Management/ Technology/ Commerce/ Technical at NQF7 with 360 credits
• Advanced Diploma in Human Resources/ Industrial Psychology/ Business Management/ Technology/ Commerce/ Technical at NQF7 with 360 credits

Experience

• 10 years. extensive management experience in organisation design, change management, human capital, consulting or largescale restructuring projects.
