About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Sales Representative for Used Vehicles to join our team at VW Germiston. In this customer-centric role, you will focus on promoting and selling high-quality pre-owned vehicles, ensuring an exceptional buying experience for our clients. You will engage with potential buyers, understand their needs, and match them with the right vehicle solutions from our extensive inventory.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a welcoming manner, providing detailed information on our range of used vehicles.
• Assess and understand client requirements to recommend suitable vehicles that meet their needs.
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers, demonstrating vehicle features and benefits effectively.
• Negotiate sales agreements and provide informative details regarding financing options and warranties.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor offerings to stay competitive.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring a seamless customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events that attract potential customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven track record in automotive sales or a related field, showcasing strong sales abilities and customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections positively.
• Highly motivated individual with a passion for vehicles and the automotive industry.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in selling pre-owned vehicles, ideally within the automotive industry.
