Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 or National Certificate qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Beauty environment, preferably within retail or FMCG sectors.
• Relevant qualification or experience in Cosmetology or any other Beauty-related field.
• Strong knowledge of beauty brands, products, and current market trends.
• Passion for retail, customer service, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in stock management, product presentation, and administration.
• Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Key Responsibilities
