Estimation Engineer - UAE

Job Summary

Hire Resolve’s client is urgently seeking the expertise of an Estimation Engineer in the UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in UAE construction
• Must have experience in roads, highways, bridges and civil infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and tender preparation
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices, rates, and market conditions
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE government tender requirements (RTA, municipalities, other public authorities).
