We are looking for an Associate Analyst Digital User Behaviour to join the Technology team. The successful candidate will analyse digital user journeys, identify opportunities for improvement and support data-driven decisions to enhance the digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse user behaviour across digital platforms.
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve digital experiences.
• Work with business analysts, UX designers and technology teams.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Support usability testing and digital improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Business Analysis or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and user behaviour.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
