• Ensure timeous cycle counting practices and procedures are stringently adhered to • Minimize waste write offs and product damage • Control Forklift fleet. • Manage the stock in the finished goods warehouse to minimise risks such as damages and spoilage. • Management of safety standards in warehouse • Management of discipline in warehouse • Effective management of human resources: promote small group activities • Management of British Retail Consortium (BRC) system in warehouse.

• Core Knowledge

• Good people and interpersonal skills.

• Sound working knowledge of warehousing and distribution
