Warehouse Assistants - Cape Town

Job Summary

To assist in general warehouse duties.

To make sure that all stickers are pulled with correct quantities and look after the beams area in terms of housekeeping.

Make sure that the stock is protected from rain by covering with tarpaulins at all times.

Also help in loading and offloading of trucks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain allocated section of the warehouse to the company required standard and ensure a high quality of workmanship at all levels
• Comply with the Occupational, Health and Safety Act and inform the maintenance supervisor when the ability to fulfill the above obligations is endangered.
• Manage the workshop, stores, tools and equipment as well as all safety
• General housekeeping

Requirements

Relevant Experience:

• At least 2 years’ experience in warehouse environment

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Matric or equivalent qualification
