Daily drivers accurate reconciling and processing of daily cash and credit transctions nd to ensure all sales , receipts and financial records balance and are correctly captured

Job Description

• Settling Drivers settlements.
• Capturing of all claims for drivers and Top End customers
• Capturing of returns
• Capturing Drivers Cash payments
• Releasing of Valid POD's
• Filing of POD's, Claims and Settlements packs
• Adhering to BMR, FRC & CSA audits
• Document control and related outputs.
• Compliance to company policies and procedures
• Maintain high standards of internal controls
• Ensure that Settlement queries are attended to promptly and that all documents are processed.
• Assist with Audit request

Minimum requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 2 to 3 years related experience
• English and Mathematics (Literacy or Pure Maths)
• High degree of competency in MS Office packages
• Knowledge of Accounting system
