Online English Tutors – Office-Based Position

MPC Connect is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Online English Tutors to join our growing team!

As an Online English Tutor, you will provide engaging and effective English lessons to students through our online tutoring platform. You will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment, encouraging student participation, and helping students improve their English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and interactive online English lessons.
• Assist students in developing their English speaking, listening, reading and communication skills.
• Adapt lessons to suit individual student needs and abilities.
• Encourage and motivate students throughout their learning journey.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude during all lessons.
• Follow MPC Connect’s tutoring guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Provide a high standard of service and support to students.

Requirements

• A Matric certificate OR degree qualification.
• A neutral English accent.
• A good understanding of the English language.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A reliable, professional and positive attitude.
• A passion for working with and supporting students.
• Previous teaching or tutoring experience will be advantageous, but is not essential.

Please note: This is an office-based position. Successful candidates will be required to work from our MPC Connect office in Umhlanga, Durban.
