JOB DESCRIPTION

To provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their banking needs in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. To resolve general banking queries, promote banking products and services, and ensure a seamless branch experience. To capture and update customer information, promote digital banking solutions and support the branch in achieving service excellence and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS

Type of Qualification: First Degree

Field of Study: Business Commerce or a related field

Personal and Private Banking

1-2 years

1 years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services. Knowledge of banking products, systems, digital platforms and regulatory requirements.
